ALLiNWOW PaintLift – Professional Paint Remover
PaintLift softens stubborn coatings so they release in sheets instead of dusting into the air. The thixotropic gel clings to vertical surfaces and keeps actives at work on layers of paint and varnish. For task planning and safety steps, see this note and procedure.
Technology & Formula
Penetrants travel through old coats and break polymer crosslinks, separating the film from the substrate. Evaporation control maintains activity during long dwells. After lift, rinsable soaps help remove residue so new coatings adhere properly. More detail: reference and application note.
Applications
- Wood, metal, and masonry (test first)
- Doors, railings, cabinets, and machinery panels
- Graffiti and overspray removal
How to Use
- Mask surroundings and ventilate.
- Apply a thick coat; cover with film for deep layers.
- Scrape softened paint; reapply where needed.
- Neutralize/residue‑wash; allow to dry before recoating.
Surface Science & Insight
Many old paints contain brittle resins that fracture cleanly if softened thoroughly—rushing the dwell causes gouging. Controlled removal preserves substrate detail and reduces sanding time.
Safety & Compatibility
Use PPE and ventilation. Test on plastics and composites. Do not mix with strong oxidants or open flame sources.
