1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store allinwow.com, operated by Innovachem Krystian Grzyb (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1.2. The store operates in compliance with applicable laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union.
1.3. By placing an order in the store, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
1.4. The store sells goods via the internet, enabling customers to place orders 24/7.


2. Definitions

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that places an order in the Store.

  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person purchasing for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer to purchase specified Goods via the Store’s order form.

3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the data provided is incorrect or incomplete.


4. Prices and Payments

6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a clear statement to the Seller’s contact address or email.
6.4. The Consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the Goods.
6.5. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the Consumer agrees otherwise.


7. Complaints and Warranty

7.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.
7.2. If a purchased item has defects, the Customer may file a complaint via email or post.
7.3. The complaint should include the Customer’s contact details, order number, description of the defect, and photographic evidence (if possible).
7.4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer of the decision.

9. Final Provisions

9.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, with changes applying to orders placed after the new version is published on the Store’s website.
